Job summary

Highland Management Group, Inc. is seeking a full-time Apartment Caretaker for The Lexington Apartments and Townhomes in Roseville, MN. The role offers 40 hours per week with an hourly rate starting at $17.00.

Responsibilities include daily cleaning of common areas, grounds maintenance, and turnover cleaning. On-site living is optional, with rent discounts for residents living on-site.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping duties including cleaning common areas and apartments.
• Attention to detail and punctuality are essential.
• Willingness to perform seasonal outdoor tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of the common areas.
• Walk the grounds daily and keep property free of debris and litter.
• Clean garages, mechanical rooms, and storage areas.
• Replace burned-out bulbs and wash fixtures.
• Know water and gas shut-off points and sewer clean-outs.
• Seasonal tasks: shovel snow, rake leaves, pull weeds, sweep sidewalks.
• Clean and detail apartments and ensure vacancy units are ready.
• Notify the manager of needed supplies and equipment.
• Assist with other tasks as requested by Management.

Apartment Caretaker: The Lexington Apartments and Townhomes

Position: Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Hourly Rate: Starting at $ 17.00

Highland Management Group, Inc. is seeking a full-time Caretaker to be part of our team at The Lexington Apartments and Townhomes in Roseville, Minnesota. The Lexington Apartments and Townhomes is 130 units.

Living on-site is not a requirement for this position, but employees who do choose to live on-site will receive a higher rent discount!

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Daily cleaning of the common areas.
• Walk the grounds daily and keep property free of debris & litter.
• Clean garages, mechanical rooms, and storage areas.
• Replace burned-out bulbs and wash out fixtures.
• Have a working knowledge of water and gas meter shut offs, all apartment fixtures, shut-off locations and sewer clean-outs.
• Seasonal: shovel snow, rake leaves, pull weeds, sweep sidewalks as needed.
• Clean and detail apartments.
• Assure cleanliness of vacant units.
• Notify the manager of needed cleaning supplies & equipment.
• Other miscellaneous tasks as requested by Management.
