Flat Irons Flex Care is seeking a part-time Caretaker to provide non-medical home care to clients in their own homes in Westminster, CO. You will support safety, daily living activities, and companionship, while gaining hands-on experience in a rewarding healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Able to lift 25 lbs.
• Reliable, compassionate, and responsible.
• Able to complete required home care training before working independently.
• Physically and mentally able to meet job demands.

Responsibilities

• Support our clients in maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment.
• Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Provide medication reminders and support with mobility, transfers, and light exercise.
• Offer light household support, including meal prep, laundry, and light housekeeping.
• Engage in conversation, provide emotional encouragement, and participate in hobbies and activities with our clients.
• Be a companion and friend to our clients, providing a sense of connection and community.
