Job summary

INH Properties is seeking a part-time caretaker for apartment buildings in St. Cloud, MN. The ideal candidate will live on site and perform minor maintenance, cleaning, and turnover preparation to keep grounds and buildings in good repair.

The role includes after-hours on-call availability, enforcing complex rules, and maintaining cleanliness across multiple properties in St. Cloud. This position offers hourly compensation and an opportunity to contribute to the community.

Responsibilities

• Handle minor maintenance items throughout the complex.
• Be available when on call for after-hour emergencies.
• Clean and maintain the common areas of the building.
• Keep the complex in the best state of repair and cleanliness at all times.
• Pick up paper, garbage, and debris from grounds and parking lots.
• Enforce the rules and regulations of the complex.
• Clean and touch-up paint units upon turnovers.
• Assisting with the turnover of vacant units, including cleaning and preparing them for new residents (end of month/beginning of month).

What We’re Looking For:

INH Properties is seeking a part-time responsible Caretaker for apartment buildings located in St. Cloud, MN. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to keep the grounds and buildings in good repair.

Job Responsibilities: (Including but not limited to)

• Handle minor maintenance items throughout complex.
• Be available when on call for after-hour emergencies.
