Job summary

Blackberry Pointe Apartments is seeking a full-time Caretaker to clean apartments and common areas, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with on-call duties every 3–4 weeks and occasional overtime. The role emphasizes organization, punctuality, and a strong customer service mindset.

Starting pay ranges from $19 to $22 per hour, with medical, dental and vision coverage after one full month, plus paid holidays, vacation and sick time.

Qualifications

• Candidate should be organized, punctual & have great customer service skills
• Attention to detail is a must
• Complete projects in a timely and efficient manner
• Follow direction as needed

Responsibilities

• Cleaning common areas
• Must be able to lift/push 50 lbs.
• Delivering notices
• Lawn care and shoveling (as a team)
• Other duties as assigned by Community Manager and/or Property Manager
