Home Instead is seeking caring and compassionate Carepro to join our team in the Syracuse community. We provide non-medical services to help seniors stay in their homes with dignity, care and compassion.

Responsibilities include companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and Alzheimer's care. No prior experience required—skills training is provided by Home Instead. A valid driver's license and auto insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Care for seniors with dignity and respect.
• Friendly and congenial communication with clients.
• Criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen required.
• Valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance required.

Responsabilités

• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
• Provide medication and appointment reminders.
• Assist with Alzheimer’s care as needed.

Requirements To Be a Carepro

• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
• Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
• Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance
