Job summary

Carepool seeks compassionate drivers to help individuals with special needs, developmental disabilities, or aging adults integrate into their communities. You will use your own car on project or full-time assignments to provide reliable transportation and build lasting relationships with clients.

Applicants should be at least 21 years old, have healthcare-specific experience, and a good driving record. A focus on safety and consistency is essential to deliver excellent, dependable service.

Qualifications

• Interacting with clients/passengers in a professional manner at all times.
• Maintaining a 100% clean driving record (except minor tickets every 2–5 years).
• Prioritize safe and secure transportation as a core responsibility.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have healthcare-specific experience; 1+ year professional driving preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive clients using your own vehicle on project or full-time schedules.
• Build trusting relationships with consistent customers and assist with transportation needs.
• Ensure safe, reliable transport to appointments and community activities.
• Represent Carepool professionally and follow program guidelines.

Requirements

• Can interact with clients/passengers professionally at all times.
• 100% clean driving record (minus a minor ticket or two, every 2-5 years) is required.
• Safe and Secure transport is our middle name, so you'd need to be able to make it yours!
• Must be at least 21 yrs. old and has Healthcare specific experience and 1-year Professional Driving is preferred.
