Job summary

Senior Helpers of North Orange County is seeking warm, compassionate caregivers in North Orange County, CA, to provide one-on-one non-medical home care. You’ll join a caregiver-first culture with flexible scheduling designed around your life and a local leadership team invested in your success.

You’ll receive thorough training, a matchmaking approach, and ongoing support while making a meaningful impact in clients’ daily lives through companionship, safety, and independence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to push/pull and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication skills and use of our app for daily documentation.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Personal or professional caregiving experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Flexible Scheduling

Caregiver Pay & Benefits

• $18 to $21 per hour, paid biweekly.
• 5 sick days and holiday pay

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Background check and drug screening
• Strong communication skills (we are a technology-forward office, so please be prepared to use an app for daily documentation as well as frequent calls/ texts/ emails from office).
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Personal or professional caregiving experience is a plus but not required
