Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide quality in-home care to seniors in Rocky Hill, CT and surrounding communities. We offer competitive pay ranging from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, flexible scheduling, and a sign-on bonus after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Caregivers must be compassionate, dependable and professional.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English is required.
• Experience in PCA/HHA/CNA or Homemaker roles is relevant.
• HHA/CNA certification welcome when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Prepare meals based on client preferences and dietary needs.
• Help with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Run essential errands when needed and provide medication reminders.
• Observe clients and report changes to supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Deliver respectful, dependable and compassionate care.

MAKE EVERY SHIFT MATTER

As an in home caregiver, you will help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Your support can bring companionship, dignity, comfort, and peace of mind to the people you care for.

Your Responsibilities May Include

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
• Providing companionship and emotional encouragement
• Preparing meals based on client preferences and dietary needs
• Helping with light housekeeping and laundry
• Running Essential Errands When Needed
• Providing medication reminders
• Observing clients and reporting changes to the appropriate supervisor
• Helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home
• Providing respectful, dependable, and compassionate care
