Job summary

Right At Home Indianapolis West is seeking compassionate Caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to support seniors and vulnerable adults in their homes. This part-time shift offers a 1:00-5:00PM schedule with weekly pay, paid training, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance.
• Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance required.
• Pass a background check required.
• CNA license, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with transferring/moving client within the home.
• Perform housekeeping: vacuuming, dusting, cleaning.
• Prepare meals and snacks.
• Accompany client to errands or medical appointments.
• Provide personal care: bathing, dressing, shaving.
• Assist with medication reminders and prescribed exercises.
• Provide companionship activities such as reading, music, and puzzles.
