Job summary

Right at Home Indianapolis West is seeking compassionate Caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to support seniors and adults in their own homes. The shift runs 1:00-5:00 PM with weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and paid training.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living and transfers.
• Perform housekeeping tasks (vacuuming, dusting, cleaning).
• Prepare meals and snacks.
• Accompany clients to errands or medical appointments.
• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, shaving).
• Assist with medication reminders and prescribed exercises.
• Provide companionship through activities like reading, music, and puzzles.

Responsibilities And Duties

As a Caregiver, you will perform personal care activities that assist the client with activities of daily living, including:

• Assisting with transferring/moving client from place to place throughout their home
• Performing housekeeping activities such as vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning
• Preparing meals and snacks
• Accompanying client on errands or medical appointments
• Providing personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and shaving
• Assisting with medication reminders and prescribed exercises
• Providing companionship activities such as reading, music, and puzzles

Qualifications And Skills

To be a successful Caregiver at Right at Home Indianapolis West, you should:

• Hold a high school graduate or G.E.D. certificate
• Be able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance
• Possess a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
• Pass a background check
• Have a CNA license, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification
