Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (proof of insurance).
• Fully vaccinated or have a valid exemption.
• Current TB skin test or clear X-ray.
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan).
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) Registry (we can help you obtain this if needed).
• Willingness to travel up to 25 miles for a shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to clients.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Prepare meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
• Run errands and assist with shopping.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with incontinence and dementia-related care when required.
• Assist with transfers and daily living activities (ADLs).
