Job summary

Golden Rule Services is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team for in-home care in Nebraska. You will help seniors and individuals maintain independence with personalized support in their own homes.

The role emphasizes compassionate, reliable service with opportunities for flexible scheduling and meaningful daily work. Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required, and training is provided to support ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care to help clients maintain independence.

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry for a safe home.
• Provide medication reminders per care plan.
• Observe and report changes in condition to supervisors.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation.
• Communicate with clients, families and healthcare professionals.
• Follow care plans with integrity and accountability.

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, respectful, and professional care while promoting each client's dignity and independence.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and personal hygiene.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a safe, clean home environment.
• Provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan.
• Observe, document, and report changes in clients' physical, emotional, or mental condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation and protect client confidentiality.
• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals.
• Follow individualized care plans while demonstrating integrity, reliability, professionalism, and accountability.
