Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking an in-home caregiver to provide personal care and daily support to clients in their homes, helping maintain independence, safety, comfort and quality of life.

Responsibilities include mobility assistance, transfers as needed, medication reminders, light housekeeping, laundry, companionship, and following each client’s care plan and company policies. CPR/First Aid is a plus.

Qualifications

• Provide mobility, transfers, and walking assistance.
• Medication reminders per care plan.
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and basic tasks.
• Companionship and emotional support.
• Follow individualized care plan and policies.
• Previous caregiving or home-care experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and care team.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
• Flexible scheduling.
• Meaningful work helping clients remain independent at home.
