TheKey is hiring in-home caregivers in Estacada, Oregon. We offer full-time and part-time roles with flexible weekend and daytime shifts, plus competitive pay and a supportive team.

Responsibilities include personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship. Requirements include 6 months of caregiving, Alzheimer's experience, reliability, and empathy. Vehicle ownership is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience.
• Alzheimer's or Dementia experience.
• Empathy, compassion and kindness a MUST.
• Ability to use sound judgement and remain calm in a variety of situations.
• Must be reliable, dependable and on time.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills.
• Driver for clients (with vehicle, car insurance and registration).
