Job summary

Right at Home South Columbus Metro is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide quality in-home care to seniors and adults with disabilities. We offer flexible shifts, mileage reimbursement, and a supportive team.

Join us to empower clients to live safely at home while you follow individualized care plans, perform ADLs, light housekeeping, and provide companionship. Valid HHA or STNA certification and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Current Home Health Aide (HHA) or State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification (as required by state).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Offer companionship, emotional support, and supervision.
• Observe and report changes in client condition to supervisors.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.

• Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
