Right at Home Olympia is hiring Caregivers, CNAs and HCAs for immediate openings in Olympia, WA. Earn competitive hourly pay with flexible full- and part-time schedules, plus paid orientation and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift/move 50 lbs.
• Able to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• Valid driver’s license with current auto insurance and registration.
• Pass a state and national background check.
• CNA/Home Health Aide/Personal Care Aide certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mobility assistance with safe patient handling, transfers, and positioning in the home.
• Light housekeeping, sanitation, laundry, and linen changes.
• Meal planning and preparation per dietary instructions and hydration goals.
• Provide reliable transportation for errands and medical appointments.
• Dignified personal hygiene assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Medication reminders and monitoring changes in condition.
• Memory care techniques for clients with dementia.
