Synergy HomeCare of Colorado Springs is seeking experienced caregivers to provide advanced in-home care and hospice support in Colorado Springs, CO. Work a daytime and afternoon/evening schedule with a flexible part-time role helping clients in need.

We offer a competitive hourly rate and per-life schedule options, with paid orientation and ongoing training to ensure quality care and support for families and clients at home.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of caregiving or related experience.
• Experience providing hands-on personal care with ADLs.
• Hospice experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with clients who have complex or changing care needs.
• A compassionate, respectful approach to caregiving.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers, toileting, and personal care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with meals and light housekeeping.
• Support clients receiving hospice or end-of-life care.
• Communicate with clients, families, and the care team.
• Provide dependable, respectful, and compassionate care.
