Responsibilities

• Meal preparation and feeding assistance as needed.
• Companionship and emotional support.

• Following the care plan and communicating changes to the office.

As an experienced caregiver with Synergy HomeCare of Colorado Springs, you will have the opportunity to work with clients with advanced illnesses, providing hands-on support and companionship.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced, dependable caregiver to work with clients who require consistent, hands-on support. This position is not entry-level and is best suited for a caregiver comfortable working with higher-acuity clients. As an experienced caregiver, you will be responsible for providing skilled, compassionate care to our clients, including:

• Hands-on assistance with mobility, transfers, and ambulation

• Full support with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming

• Parkinson's-specific care, including cueing, patience with movement and speech, and fall prevention

• Meal preparation and feeding assistance as needed

• Companionship and emotional support

• Maintaining a safe, clean environment

Requirements:
