Comforts of Home Senior Living in Chippewa Falls is seeking a CNA/Caregiver for our Riverside location. We offer AM and PM shifts with both full-time and part-time options. The role emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork, and making a tangible difference in residents’ daily lives.

Our team is dedicated to serving residents, families, visitors, and colleagues. This position includes paid training and opportunities to grow while delivering high-quality care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language.
• No experience necessary; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents to reach and maintain the highest level of independence while assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed.
• Document services performed.
• Observe and report changes in physical and emotional condition of residents.
• Assist residents with personal care including shampooing, bathing, incontinence management, transfers and medication administration.
• Communicate in a professional, respectful and kind manner.

Caregiver responsibilities may include:

• Communicates and interacts in a professional, respectful, and kind manner.
• Ability to communicate and assist residents with dementia or related diagnosis.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
