SYNERGY HomeCare in Englewood, CO is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team. Earn $18–$21 per hour, with a $2 overnight/weekend differential. A $200 sign-on bonus is offered, along with direct deposit, paid orientation, and ongoing training.

We provide time‑and‑a‑half pay for overtime and holidays, flexible schedules, and a supportive care team. This role emphasizes companionship, meal prep assistance, and safe, reliable home care in clients\' familiar surroundings.

Formación

• Have or be willing to get a Flu Shot
• National background check
• A valid driver’s license, proof of car insurance, and a reliable car (preferred)

Responsabilidades

• Provide attention to client's non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Maintaining effective communication with Office Staff and care team
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
