Job summary

Griswold Home Care is hiring compassionate individuals to join our Chapel Hill & Durham area team as caregivers. We offer flexible hours, weekly pay, and opportunities for training. Compensation is up to $17 per hour, based on experience, with shifts ranging from 4 to 24 hours.

Join us to help seniors stay independent at home, with support for daily tasks such as laundry, meals, shopping, and personal care. CNA certification is a plus, and reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• 2+ years of home care experience is preferred but not required; caring for a loved one counts.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• CNA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Laundry, grocery shopping, meal prep, and personal hygiene assistance.
• Provide companionship and support for clients with dementia or cognitive needs.
• Maintain proper shift documentation for each client.
• Help seniors maintain independence and quality of life in their own homes.
