Job summary

Griswold Home Care in Chapel Hill & Durham is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team. Part-time to full-time roles offer flexible hours, with shifts ranging from 4 to 24 hours, including day and night coverage. Compensation goes up to $16/hour and includes weekly pay, referrals, and ongoing training.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, with CNA certification a plus. Reliable transportation and a caring, dependable attitude are essential to help seniors maintain

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of home care experience preferred but not required.
• CNA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with laundry, grocery shopping, meal prep, and personal hygiene.
• Provide companionship and support for seniors.
• Care for clients with dementia or cognitive impairments.
• Maintain dignity and respect for each client.
• Complete proper shift documentation.
• Help seniors remain independent at home and improve quality of life.
