Job summary

CareDiem Home Care is hiring compassionate, skilled Caregivers and CNAs to help clients live safely and independently at home. We offer 5 hour shifts on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 10am-3pm in the Oak Lawn area, with the aim of assisting clients with personal care at home.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility, meal prep, medication reminders, companionship and safety supervision, plus use of a care app to clock in/out and document care.

Qualifications

• 1+ year caregiving experience (agency or private)
• CNA/HHA preferred but not required
• Valid ID, SSN, or work authorization
• TB test, background check, drug screen
• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain)
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Comfortable with smartphone apps
