Job summary

CareDiem Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers and CNAs to help clients live safely and independently at home. If you love caring for others, join our supportive team for ongoing 4-hour shifts from 1pm to 5pm on weekends or weekdays.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility transfers, meal prep, medication reminders, companionship, and using our care app to clock in and document care. Requirements: 1+ year caregiving experience; CNA/HHA preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year caregiving experience (agency or private).
• CNA/HHA preferred but not required.
• Valid ID, SSN, or work authorization.
• TB test, background check, drug screen.
• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain).
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• Comfortable with smartphone apps.
