Position Overview:
We are looking for motivated, flexible Caregivers to join our on-call team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate care to our participants, ensuring their well-being while maintaining flexibility in your schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Providepersonal care servicesincluding bathing, dressing, toileting, and transfers.
- Assist withmeal preparationand kitchen clean-up.
- Offerdaily living supportsuch as laundry, grocery shopping, light cleaning, and other household tasks.
- Document all incidents, injuries, or changesin participants' conditions and communicate them to your supervisor.
- Respond promptly in emergency situations, ensuring the safety and comfort of participants.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a PCA, HHA or CNA in a similar role.
- Must be available to work a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
- CurrentBLS/CPR/First Aidcertification or willing to obtain (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
- Must pass a criminal background check, physical

Optional On-Call Program
- On-call caregivers are guaranteed to workup to 32-40 hours per week, with compensation for your availability, even if you're not assigned to see participants during those hours. We ensure fair pay for your commitment and readiness.
- Caregivers must be prepared to accept and be available for any shifts offered by the branch. This includes flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends to meet the needs of our participants.
- Caregivers must maintainconsistent availabilitythroughout the week to ensure the branch can provide uninterrupted care services. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our participants always have the support they need.
