Job summary

Anchor Bay Pocasset, part of Senior Living Residences, seeks caring Resident Care Associates to support seniors with daily living activities in a home-like environment. You will provide direct personal care, assist with meals, and help coordinate activities to enhance residents' quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care.
• Join or lead fun activities of your choice with the residents.
• Track care and other tasks with our easy-to-use electronic health record system.
• Assist the housekeeping team with light housekeeping services.
• Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services, as needed.
• Work each day across all of our departments to create an atmosphere of cooperation, collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual respect.

Anchor Bay Pocasset's caring and compassionate Resident Care team members provide direct care to our senior residents . Our team appreciates our safe, home-like, and fun work environment. AVAILABLE SHIFTS:

7:00 AM - 3:00 PM: Full Time, Part Time

3:00 PM - 11:00 PM: Full Time, Part Time

PAY & BENEFITS:

Rates start at $19 per hour
