Earn $16.00–$17.50 per hour with weekly pay, and choose full-time or part-time schedules. PTO begins after 30 days, followed by a 90‑business‑day performance review and benefits after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility and transfers.
• Prepare meals, help with housekeeping, laundry and errands as needed.
• Provide companionship and monitor safety, dignity, comfort and independence at home.
• Follow each client’s plan of care and adapt to changing needs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Stand Out Home Care caregiver, you may provide assistance with personal care, bathing and grooming, dressing, mobility and transfers, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, medication reminders, companionship, errands and other activities of daily living.

You’ll follow each client’s individualized plan of care while helping promote safety, dignity, comfort and independence at home.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 18 years of age or older

• High school diploma or GED

• At least 2 years of caregiving experience

• Reliable and dependable attendance

• Compassionate and professional attitude

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
