Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is expanding throughout Tennessee and is building a strong team of caregivers to support clients in their homes and communities. The company values reliability, experience, and commitment to clients, with weekly pay and flexible full-time or part-time opportunities.

Caregivers provide help with personal care, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship, following each client’s plan to promote safety and independence at home.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of caregiving experience.
• Reliable and dependable attendance.
• Compassionate and professional attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete all required background and compliance screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, bathing and grooming, dressing, mobility and transfers, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, medication reminders, companionship, errands and other activities of daily living.
• Follow each client’s individualized plan of care, promoting safety, dignity, comfort and independence at home.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Stand Out Home Care caregiver, you may provide assistance with personal care, bathing and grooming, dressing, mobility and transfers, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, medication reminders, companionship, errands and other activities of daily living.

You’ll follow each client’s individualized plan of care while helping promote safety, dignity, comfort and independence at home.
