Stand Out Home Care is hiring experienced caregivers to join our growing Tennessee team. We provide personalized in-home care to help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. We proudly serve private-pay clients as well as VA/CHOICES programs.

We offer $16.00–$17.50 per hour with weekly pay, full-time and part-time opportunities, and a supportive office team. PTO accrues after 30 days, with a 90-business-day performance evaluation and insurance after 60 days.

Qualifikationen

• Must have 2+ years of caregiving experience as stated in the ad.
• Must be dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background checks.

CAREGIVER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist clients with activities of daily living

• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care

• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance

• Meal preparation

• Light housekeeping and laundry

• Medication reminders

• Companionship and supervision

• Running errands and assisting with daily routines

• Following individualized client care plans

• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment

• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 18 years old

• High school diploma or GED required

• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required

• Dependable, professional and compassionate

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to successfully complete required background and compliance screenings
