Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring caregivers to provide quality in home care to seniors in Greenfield, MA and surrounding communities. We welcome compassionate, dependable caregivers with and without CNA/HHA certifications to join our team.

We offer flexible scheduling, day and overnight shifts, and positions designed to fit your life. Earn $18.00 to $20.00 per hour with opportunities to advance as you gain experience and certifications.

Qualifications

• Caregivers must be compassionate, dependable, and caring.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Commitment to client safety and confidentiality.
• Ability to provide reliable transportation.
• HHA or CNA certification is welcome when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals based on client preferences and dietary needs.
• Help with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Run essential errands and grocery shopping.
• Provide medication reminders and report changes to supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable home and deliver respectful care.

MAKE A DIFFERENCE EVERY DAY

As an in home caregiver, you will help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Your care can provide companionship, dignity, encouragement, and peace of mind to clients and their families.

Your Responsibilities May Include

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
• Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Preparing meals based on client preferences and dietary needs
• Helping with light housekeeping and laundry
• Running Essential Errands And Grocery Shopping
• Providing medication reminders
• Observing clients and reporting changes to the appropriate supervisor
• Helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home
• Providing respectful, dependable, and compassionate care
