Modivcare in Lancaster County is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care. You’ll work with clients in their homes, offer daily living assistance, and help maintain routines, safety, and comfort.

This role offers weekend opportunities, flexible full- or part-time schedules, weekly pay, paid orientation, and caregiver rewards. The position requires reliable transportation and a willingness to work weekends in Lancaster.

Job Responsibilities:

• Enhanceclients' well-being and quality of life
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Help with daily care like dressing, bathing, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed
