Job summary

Wrapped N Love Home Care LLC is seeking a Full-Time Caregiver to provide in-home senior care in Lancaster, PA. The role focuses on preserving dignity and independence for clients while delivering compassionate, patient-centered support.

You will perform personal care, meal prep, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and engage clients with activities to promote well-being. Training and opportunities for growth are highlighted in the agency culture.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as caregiver or CNA preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to earn it soon.
• Ability to assist with transfers and light housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care & Dignity – assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and safe mobility.
• Healthy Meals & Home Care – prepare simple meals and keep spaces clean and organized.
• Medication & Wellness – provide reminders and monitor basic health cues.
• Active Companionship – chat, play games, accompany clients on errands or appointments.
• Light Exercise Support – assist with stretches or guided exercises as directed.

What You Bring

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, PCA, or CNA preferred—but a big heart matters most.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to earn it soon).
• Confidence with housekeeping, meal prep, and safe transfer techniques.
• Clear, compassionate communication and respect for client privacy.
• Strength to assist transfers or lift up to 50 lbs when needed.
