Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. in York County is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home support. Earn up to $13.50/hr plus additional cash through our Rewards Program and refer-a-friend bonuses.

This role requires reliable transportation, ability to travel up to 25 miles, weekdays and weekends availability, and a commitment to safety and quality care for clients in York County communities such as York, Shrewsbury, Thomasville, Manchester, Spring Grove, and Red Lion.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Frequent standing and walking; assist daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals).
• Help with daily care like dressing, bathing, and meals.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed.

• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike dressing, bathing, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming

• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed
