OPTIONS is a non-profit agency in Hammond, LA helping people with developmental disabilities live and work with independence, dignity, and purpose.

As a direct support coach, you’ll support clients to identify career goals, prepare resumes, apply for jobs, and practice interview skills, while coordinating with employers and program staff.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in coaching, counseling, workforce development, education, or human services.
• Ability to motivate and support diverse individuals.
• Knowledge of employment readiness, job retention, and workplace behavior.
• Organizational and case management skills.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Ability to pass background and drug screening

Responsibilities
