Comforts of Home Senior Living in St. Croix Falls is seeking a CNA/Caregiver for our location. The position offers strong pay with AM and PM shifts, full-time or part-time options, and a mission to serve residents with compassionate care.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.

• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents to reach and maintain independence while helping with daily living activities.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed.
• Document services performed.
• Observe and report changes in residents' physical and emotional condition.
• Assist with personal care such as bathing, incontinence management, transfers, and medication administration.
• Communicate in a professional, respectful, and kind manner.
• Assist residents with dementia or related conditions.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Caregiver responsibilities may include:

• Assist residents with personal care which may include the following: shampooing of hair, assist with showering/ bathing, incontinence management, transferring assistance and medication administration.
• Communicates and interacts in a professional, respectful, and kind manner.
• Ability to communicate and assist residents with dementia or related diagnosis.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
