Job summary

Comforts of Home Senior Living in Menomonie is seeking a compassionate CNA/Caregiver for full-time or part-time shifts. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health, and document care to ensure high-quality service.

Shifts include AM, PM, and NOC. Pay is $18.00–$18.50 per hour, with benefits such as health insurance, PTO, and tuition reimbursement to help you grow with our team.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work efficiently.
• Ability to read, write, speak & understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents to reach and maintain the highest level of independence while assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed.
• Document services performed.
• Observe and report any changes in physical and emotional condition of residents.
• Assist residents with personal care which may include shampooing of hair, assist with showering/bathing, incontinence management, transferring assistance and medication administration.
• Communicates and interacts in a professional, respectful, and kind manner.
• Ability to communicate and assist residents with dementia or related diagnosis.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
