Job summary

Senior Living Residences' Farmington Station seeks a compassionate Resident Care Associate (CNA) to provide direct care to our senior residents in Farmington, CT. You will join a team that values input and offers a robust benefits package and opportunities to grow in a supportive environment.

You'll spend time with residents, assist with meals and daily activities, and document care using our electronic health record system. We emphasize reliability, teamwork, and respectful care.

Resident Care Associate (CNA)

Available Shifts

• 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM: Full Time, Part Time
• 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM: Part Time
• 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM: Part Time, weekends

Pay & Benefits

Rates start at $19 - $20 per hour based on work experience; We do offer shift differentials (additional pay for certain hours)

What Our Resident Care Associates Do

• Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care
• Join or lead fun activities of your choice with the residents
• Track care and other tasks with our easy-to-use electronic health record system
• Assist the housekeeping team with light housekeeping services
• Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services, as needed
• Work each day across all of our departments to create an atmosphere of cooperation, collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual respect.
