Senior Living Residences’ Farmington community seeks Resident Care Associates to deliver direct personal care to our senior residents. You will spend quality time with residents, assist with meals, and support across departments to foster a cooperative, respectful environment.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS:

7:00 AM - 3:00 PM: Full Time, Part Time

3:00 PM - 11:00 PM: Part Time

PAY & BENEFITS:

Rates start at $19 - $20 per hour based on work experience; We do offer shift differentials (additional pay for certain hours).

WHAT OUR RESIDENT CARE ASSOCIATES DO:

• Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care
• Join or lead fun activities of your choice with the residents
• Track care and other tasks with our easy-to-use electronic health record system
• Assist the housekeeping team with light housekeeping services
• Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services, as needed
• Work each day across all of our departments to create an atmosphere of cooperation, collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual respect.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Physical requirements : Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with and without assistance)
• Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
• Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
