We are hiring PCA/Home Health Aides/Caregivers to work one-on-one with our in-home patients in the Torrington, CT area. VA cases available!

• One Patient at a Time
• Earn PTO while working 32+ Hours

• Starting pay rate: $16.35 per hour

Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Home and Community-Based Services Aide provides support and assistance with personal hygiene and household functions, enabling individuals to remain in their own homes.

Specific Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Report observations of the client's condition to the Agency Director or accounts manager. Notify immediately of any incidents or accidents.
• Drive safely, comply with traffic regulations, and wear a seat belt when traveling for work.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, hair care, oral care, nail care, skin care, and transfers between bed, chair, wheelchair, or toilet.
• Assist with household tasks essential to the client's personal care.

Education and Experience

Experience Desired

• Experience in home care preferred.

• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Ability to work in any home situation, respecting all individuals regardless of age, race, creed, gender, disability, or financial condition.
