Job Summary:

The Home and Community-Based Services Aide provides support, assistance with personal hygiene, and household functions to help individuals remain in their own homes.

Responsibilities:

• Report observations of the client's condition and notify management of incidents or accidents.
• Drive safely, comply with traffic regulations, and wear a seat belt during travel.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, hair care, oral care, nail care, skin care, and transfers.
• Assist with household tasks essential to the client's personal care.

Experience & Skills:

• Home care experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to any home situation.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good communication, writing, and organizational skills.
