We are hiring PCA/Home Health Aides/Caregivers to work one-on-one with our in-home patients in Shelton, CT and the surrounding area. All shifts available—days, evenings, and weekends!

Job Summary:

The Home and Community-Based Services Aide provides support, assistance with personal hygiene, and household functions to help individuals remain in their own homes.

Specific Job Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Report observations of the client's condition and notify the Agency Director immediately of any incidents or accidents.
2. Drive safely, comply with traffic regulations, and wear a seat belt when traveling for work.
3. Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, hair care, oral care, nail care, skin care, and transfers.
4. Assist with household tasks essential to clients’ personal care.

Experience Desired:

• Experience in home care preferred.

Skill Requirements:

• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Ability to work in any home situation regardless of patient background.
• Able to work independently.
• Good communication, writing, and organizational skills.
