Job summary

Home Instead is hiring in-home caregivers for Snowbird season in the Greater Phoenix area. Earn $16.50-$18.00 per hour with weekly pay, full-time or part-time schedules, and immediate start dates.

You'll provide one-on-one care in clients' homes, with support from a dedicated care team and flexible shifts to fit your schedule. Responsibilities include companionship, personal care, meal help, light housekeeping, and safety support, with paid training and a robust benefits package for eligible

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months paid professional caregiving experience OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships.
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities; bilingual/multilingual encouraged.

Winter visitors are returning to the Valley, and it is about to be our busiest season of the year! If you want guaranteed hours, steady weekly income, and a packed schedule, now is the time to join our team. We’re urgently hiring experienced in-home caregivers across the Greater Phoenix area—with immediate, high-priority placement available in Fountain Hills, as well as Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Surprise, and Phoenix.

This role offers dependable, one-on-one care with consistent clients, reliable 24/7 team support, and meaningful work that fits your schedule.

• $16.50-$18.00/hr - weekly pay & direct deposit
