Job summary

Home Instead is hiring in-home caregivers for the Fountain Hills area during the busy winter season. Earn $16.50-$18.00 per hour with guaranteed hours, weekly pay, and a $300 holiday bonus.

Positions offer full-time or part-time schedules, with 24/7 support and benefits eligibility as described. You'll provide one-on-one care in clients' homes, assist with daily activities, and help maintain safety and comfort for each client.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months paid professional caregiving experience (not family) or hold a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN credential.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client for consistency.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with bathing, grooming and personal care.
• Assist with meals, light housekeeping and daily routines.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)
