Job summary

Home Instead is hiring in-home caregivers for the Greater Phoenix area during the Snowbird season. We offer flexible full-time or part-time schedules, reliable weekly income, and immediate placement in Fountain Hills, Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Surprise, and Phoenix.

Earn $16.50–$18.00 per hour with weekly pay, sick leave, and benefits eligible. A $300 holiday bonus is available to qualifying caregivers hired by Oct 30, 2026.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family).
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Basic English speaking, reading and writing abilities; bilingual/multilingual encouraged.
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirement.

Responsibilities

In-Home Caregiver – Snowbird Season Is Here! Full Schedules Available | $16.50–$18.00/hr + $300 Holiday Bonus*

Winter visitors are returning to the Valley, and it is about to be our busiest season of the year! If you want guaranteed hours, steady weekly income, and a packed schedule, now is the time to join our team. We’re urgently hiring experienced in-home caregivers across the Greater Phoenix area—with immediate, high-priority placement available in Fountain Hills, as well as Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Surprise, and Phoenix. Lock in your preferred client shifts before the winter rush—and qualify for our $300 holiday bonus.

This role offers dependable, one-on-one care with consistent clients, reliable 24/7 team support, and meaningful work that fits your schedule.

*Apply and be hired by October 30, 2026, and be included in our performance bonus plan and earn up to $300 bonus (must meet visit frequency requirements; bonus will be paid out to Care Pros in good standing after 30, 60, and 90 days after eligible to work date). More details available upon hire.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)
