Home Care Assistance of Dallas is seeking caring, reliable in-home caregivers to support seniors in Dallas, Texas. Positions available across shifts with comprehensive training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• HHA, PCA or CNA certification preferred.
• Alzheimer's or Dementia experience is a plus.
• Empathy, compassion, and kindness are a must.
• Ability to use sound judgment and stay calm in various situations.
• Reliable, dependable, and on time.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Pass background check and provide references; pass drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Bathing clients and assisting with grooming.
• Assisting with dressing and daily personal care.
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance.
• Transportation to appointments and errands.
• Medication reminders as directed by caregivers.

Education:

Highschool or GED preferred

Required Skills, Education and Certifications:

COVID-19 Protocols and Essential Worker Support:

• 24/7 Covid Rapid Response Team
• PPE supplies provided if needed - masks (required), face shields, gowns, and gloves

Licensure

Must have a valid driver’s license to travel to a specific place of assignment.

Experience:

At least 18 years old must provide proof of education and /or experience to be able to accomplish the assigned tasks.
