Education

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Required Skills, Education and Certifications

• HHA, PCA, CNA, or other certification preferred
• Alzheimer’s or dementia experience is a plus
• Empathy, compassion, and kindness are MUST
• Sound judgement and calm approach in a variety of situations
• Reliability, dependability, and punctuality
• Basic computer skills and technical savviness
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

COVID‑19 Protocols and Essential Worker Support

• 24/7 COVID rapid response team

Licensure

Must have a valid driver’s license to travel to the place of assignment.

Experience

Must be at least 18 years old and able to provide proof of education and/or experience to accomplish assigned tasks.
