Job summary

Chrysalis is seeking to hire part-time Group-Home Staff to support individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them lead self-directed, meaningful lives. The role offers swing shifts, weekends, and graveyard shifts that can fit your schedule.

No experience is required; you will be trained. You must be able to communicate in English, be at least 18, and pass a drug test and a background check. Health insurance and flexibility are included as part of the benefits.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living tasks such as budgeting, meal preparation, and shopping.

• Help individuals manage daily routines and personal care.
• Contribute to a safe, supportive home environment.
