Job summary

Homecare By Design Inc. seeks compassionate Personal Caregivers to provide non-medical care for seniors in Lafayette and surrounding areas. You will work in a 1:1 resident-to-caregiver ratio, delivering companionship, light housekeeping, meals, grooming and daily living support.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience is required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Valid driver's license preferred; authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical care including light housekeeping, meal prep, and grooming assistance.
• Offer stand-by assistance with daily living activities.
• Provide medication reminders and personal care.
• Build lasting relationships with clients through companionship.
• Provide transitional care when needed.
