Homecare By Design Inc. is seeking compassionate Personal Caregivers to provide non-medical care for seniors in Lafayette and surrounding areas. The role emphasizes a 1:1 resident-to-caregiver ratio and flexible schedules to fit your life.

Responsibilities include light housekeeping, meal prep, grooming, daily living assistance, medication reminders, companionship, and transitional care when needed. If you’re dedicated to making a difference, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is preferred.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
