Job summary

Help at Home Senior Care in the United States is seeking weekend caregivers to provide compassionate in-home support to seniors. Roles include companionship, errands, and reminders to take medications, with flexible shift options and no prior professional experience required.

You will receive competitive pay starting at $19–$21 per hour, potential raise to $20.50–$22.50 after six months, paid training, bonuses, PTO, and a retirement savings plan. Weekly pay and a supportive team help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with seniors.
• Provide medication reminders and assistance with medication management.
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a safe environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in caregiving preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Reliable transportation &valid driver's license.
• Proof of auto insurance with your name listed as a driver and a clean driving record.
• Ability to clear background check and drug screening.
• Dependability and integrity.
